Cusack Way Walk

Cusack Way Walk to Cahercommaun 8th Century Cliff Stone Fort is a stunning linear walk of 2 x 3 kms, a total of 6km. Starting in the Michael Cusack Car Park you head to Cahercommaun 8th Century Cliff Fort, an outstanding example of Celtic Ring Forts in Ireland. On reaching the fort, you are rewarded with stunning panoramic views. The walk is free and open to the public. Guided walks can be arranged. Complimentary map provided at the Michael Cusack Centre.

We ask that all visitors observe the Burren Code and Leave No Trace of their visit. Several of the relics found at Cahercommaun are on display in the Clare Museum in Ennis.
